Garden Cottage is a charming, luxurious, dog friendly retreat for four in the heart of historic Middleham, noted for and home to a number of professional horse racing stables, it is such a treat to watch the jockeys trot through the village on their way to the gallops. Famous for its twelfth century castle, Middleham Castle has the largest castle keep in the North of England and best known for being the childhood home of Richard III.

This pretty cottage is nestled away on a little lane off the old cobbled market square with far reaching views across to where Coverdale and Wensleydale meet in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Renovated just a few years ago by owners Leanne & David, their attention to detail is evident throughout the cottage, they have incorporated lots of thoughtful features including underfloor heating, an indulgent roll top bath, cosy log fire and a pretty garden with views of the rolling hills and lots of little touches that make this a very special place to be.

Garden Cottage is dog friendly with lots of wonderful walks from the door, two dogs are welcome to stay.
