Brownber House is a neighbouring property to the Hall, on the Brownber Estate. Set within a wonderfully rural location, overlooking the Howgill Fells, away from the crowds but still well-placed for a day out in the Lakes or the Dales. The house sleeps up to 8 people across 4 well appointed bedrooms, en-suite and house bathrooms are thoughtfully designed and luxurious.  The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard by Georgina Rose (former Soho House architect). It has a lovely flow with connecting kitchen and dining room and comfortable sitting room with log-burning stove.

There is a charming private garden to the rear of the property, with barbeque, fire pit and outdoor seating area.

Fridges can be pre-stocked with local produce, beers and wine, but if you prefer to be catered for this is entirely possible, just ask. If you’re feeling lazy after a long drive, home-cooked supper (longhorn beef bourguignon, sourdough pizza, freshly made pasta) can be ready waiting for on arrival.

For larger groups Brownber House can be booked with Brownber Hall accommodating an additional 15 people.
