The ground floor bedroom enjoys picture-perfect panoramic views towards Bolton Abbey, and boasts plenty of space and storage, as well as a bright and spacious en-suite bathroom. .

The master bedroom on the first floor is a true retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. At its heart sits a spectacular king-size four-poster bed, while the beautiful en-suite bathroom features a roll-top bath with views – an indulgent spot where you can linger and soak in quiet luxury.

Bedroom two has spectacular views and two delightful single four-poster beds as well as a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Each room offers a calm and restful atmosphere, with soft linens and countryside views creating a sense of retreat. Ideal for unwinding after a day spent exploring the surrounding landscape.

Outside, the farmhouse is surrounded by open countryside, offering space to breathe and room to relax.

The landscape garden to the front of the cottage provides a lovely setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee or simply enjoying the peaceful rural surroundings. It’s a place where children can play and adults can truly switch off.

The garden terrace is a real highlight, with a hot tub perfectly positioned to take in far-reaching views across Bolton Abbey and the surrounding landscape – an idyllic spot to relax and soak it all in.

There is ample parking for up to four vehicles, and a handy outhouse provides the ideal space for drying outdoor gear and storing muddy boots.

Located within the Bolton Abbey Estate, Stank House Farm is perfectly positioned for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. • Two dogs are welcome
• Dogs are not allowed upstairs
• Dogs are not allowed on the furniture
• Dogs must be kept under control at all times and away from livestock on the Estate
• Muddy/wet dogs must be cleaned off before entering the cottage, there is a hosepipe set up for this
• Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are crated
• Dog toileting must take place away from the cottage and any mess cleaned up
• There may be a charge if additional cleaning is required
