“We cannot recommend Joanna’s home enough. She has created a magical space that we cannot believe she is willing to share. Whilst the pictures of the listing are beautiful, the home exceeds them in every way. The setting is remarkable, the accommodations are immaculate, the bedding and towels are luxurious, and the design is thoughtful and artistic. Joanna is a consummate host. She was gracious and readily available while allowing complete privacy. Our sincerest appreciation to Joanna for memories we will cherish forever.” Erik.

“We spent 3 days here for a girls weekend getaway, The house surpassed all of our expectations. There are no details that have been overlooked. The space is gorgeous and comfortable. Lovely fireplace with plenty of wood, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend!” Jennifer.

“I can’t even begin to tell you how beautiful this place is! We seriously didn’t want to leave. Jo and Phil were the perfect hosts, everything had been thought of and the attention to detail was outstanding. Jo had even baked us a cake for our arrival! (It was delicious!) I’m already trying to think of an excuse to book again. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully and stylishly decorated, beautiful setting, extra special touches and the perfect hosts…I can’t imagine that many places could live up to Seaves Mill standards! Well done Jo, you have created something truly magical.” Jane.
