Bulghyll Hut offers an off-grid escape for two. This stylish shepherd’s hut has been tastefully designed by Georgina Rose (former Soho House interiors architect), it has everything you need for escaping the everyday without giving up on luxuries like a king size bed, wood burning stove and walk in shower.

It is located in it’s own private field next to Bullghyll farmhouse in the hamlet of Wharton and enjoys stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully rural location, is away from the crowds but still well-placed for days out in the Lakes or the Dales.  Head out of the front door for a hike up Wild Boar Fell taking in the spectacular views, explore sleepy country lanes by bicycle,  enjoy a bracing plunge in one of the many local wild swimming spots or hop onto the wonderfully scenic Carlisle to Settle railway and steam away through spectacular countryside.

Bulghyll Hut can be booked separately or together with neighbouring Bullghyll farmhouse, or Brownber House or Brownber Hall a 10 minute drive away.
