Bailey Cottage is a real treat, as soon as you step inside you get that warm cosy feeling, it has been beautifully renovated by owner Lydia, a talented interior designer. The cottage is located in Gargrave just by the river Aire, you can even catch a peep of the river from the third bedroom, the Leeds canal also runs through the village. The open plan living space on the ground floor is well laid out, with comfy sofas, a smart T.V. and gas log burner to keep you cosy. Next to the living area is the dining space and if cooking is your pleasure then the kitchen here is just perfect, it is spacious and well equipped.
On the first floor you will find a sumptuous master bedroom with views out to the front and at the rear, the single bedrooms enjoys river views, the bathroom completes the first floor. Stairs lead to the second floor double bedroom, a pretty room with stylish soft furnishings.
Outside there is a small courtyard with a bench to enjoy an evening sundowner while you listen to the river running in the distance.
